Nice training airplane, this airplane was currently used to train my son which he put roughly 60 hours on with no squawks, currently still flying, and we recently purchases another bigger aircraft so that's the reason for selling.
RECENT WITHIN THE LAST YEAR NEW: Tires, Tubes, Brake linings, All brake master cylinders overhauled, MLG brake lines, All landing gear struts new seals and fluid, New spark plugs, New oil cooler hoses type D, New concord sealed main aircraft battery, Intake air filter, Tanis full engine heater, Carburetor overhauled, Updated the avionics panel with Garmin GNS 430 NAV/COM/GPS non WAAS - ps engineering pm-1000 intercom - GTX-327 transponder with encoder. Aircraft only VFR certified. No autopilot. Full aircraft / engine log books.
3-1-2022 Changed engine oil to aersoshell 50W, Installed new oil filter.
